Service Description

Monday evening live 90 min yoga class is held at the Longworth Village Hall in Longworth . Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to set up. Please bring your own equipment or arrange to loan some of mine. This should include 2 yoga bricks, 4 yoga blocks, yoga belt, yoga mat and your own blanket. There is parking available at the Hall as well as on street parking. Consider our neighbours when parking.
