When accessing online classes, it is up to the individual to assess whether they are suitable for the class that they have chosen. Students should first contact me and discuss their previous experience of yoga. If you suffer from specific injuries or illness it is best to consult with your physician first.

These classes are not suitable for you if you are pregnant, follow the recommended practice only. The practice of yoga asana requires you – the practitioner – to gauge the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations. Students must work cautiously and build up slowly. Alternative poses, supportive props and recommendations for progression will be given but it’s the students' sole responsibility to participate safely.

Online classes are for use by my existing yoga students, students who have attended another yoga class with a suitably qualified teacher, for family and friends or by referral. Please contact me to discuss further if you are unsure. Consult your physician before beginning any new exercise programme. While participating in this programme/sequence, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result.
